The New England Consortium (TNEC), based at UMass Lowell, has been awarded the MC02-G32 contract by the Massachusetts Higher Education Consortium for Emergency Response and Disaster Restoration training. TNEC offers its complete course catalog to MHEC members, with special pricing available under the contract.
