Biosketch
Since 1990, Rich Sadkowski has worked at The New England Consortium. He has been the Training Resources Coordinator since 2001. Responsible for managing the FEMA library at our training center at Wannalancit Office and Technology Center, Rich also coordinates all of the training classes put on by TNEC. Rich is always behind the scenes making sure the training courses go smoothly. He maintains and purchases the equipment and curriculum and performs the air monitor calibrations for use in the training classes along with maintenance and repair of all high tech environmental air monitoring equipment.
Rich came to work at TNEC with a wealth of experience; he is a certified Fork Lift Truck Operator and Heat Fusion Technician. He holds a Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with Hazmat Endorsement and is certified in CPR and trained in Survivair S.C.B.A. repair. Before coming to TNEC, Rich worked as a Chemical Mixer at Concord Foundry, a Heat Fusion Technician at Martin Welding and was the HazMat Material Control Clerk at Nuclear Metals in Concord, MA. Rich’s skills that he obtained at his former worksites such as supervision, purchasing and coordination proficiencies prepared him for his current position.
Rich lives in Dracut with his wife Shari, and his three adult daughters and is the Grandfather of two.
